Ingredients
2 c. Brazil Nuts, cut in half
Preparation
2 c. Brazil Nuts, cut in half
Put Brazil Nuts in a bowl covered with water in the fridge overnight
Drain Brazil Nuts and rinse
Place Nuts and 4 c. water in a high speed blender, blend for 50 seconds twice.
Place a milk bag in a deep container, for the milk to drain into
Then pour the Nut milk into the milk bag that is hanging into a large container
Add 2 c. water and blend on high for about 15 second to clean blender and pour into bag
Twist the top of your milk bag closed and squeeze the milk out of the bag until no more milk comes out.
If you want to make Nut Flour out of the pulp this is when you do that.
