Ingredients
8 eggs, separated
250 g. Cream Cheese
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
½ c. Chicken, minced
½ tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
Preparation
Separate Eggs into two bowl
Beat Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar until stiff
To the Egg Yolks add Cream Cheese, Dry Cottage Cheese, Chicken, Sea Salt
Beat well
Fold Egg Whites into the Egg Yolks
Mix with a spatula gently but well.
Then pour onto a parchment paper 12 x 18 jelly roll pan
Bake 350
30-35 minutes
