What sets us apart? Author Chance Hansen and Illustrator Pascha Hansen are a presentation duo. We give both perspectives on the creative art and our process. We are open to any question students have. Typically Pascha will draw something releated to the book we're reading. We try to make each reading interactive, with question for the students in one form or the other. Also what we do in a presentation/talk is also determaned on the amount of time. Our presentations are also different depending on whether it's a Library or a School.

Every night when the lights go out and when everyone is in bed something funny happens in the shadows. A quiet gurgle comes up from the dumpsters and garbage cans in the neighborhood. It’s not an angry gurgle or a scary gurgle but a gurgle from being very, very hungry. It’s just loud enough to awake the dogs in the neighborhood. They don’t come out often because they are shy and easily frightened. They are called Trash Monsters.
